On April 21, 2026, the 2026 Standing Council Meeting of the Engineering Survey Branch of the Architectural Society of China was grandly held at the Group Company's Hebei headquarters. The meeting was chaired by Wu Wei, Chairman of the Engineering Survey Branch and National Engineering Survey and Design Master. The conference brought together more than 30 renowned experts, enterprise leaders, and leading technical figures from the national engineering survey and design industry, including several vice chairmen, standing council members, and secretariat members, to jointly plan the industry's development roadmap.
As the host of the meeting, Li Huawei, Vice Chairman of the Engineering Investigation Branch of the Architectural Society of China，Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of the Group Company, first delivered a welcome speech. On behalf of all employees of the Group Company, he extended a warm welcome to the attending council members and experts, and expressed sincere gratitude to the Branch for its long-term trust and support. He then introduced the Group Company's history and current development status, expressing the hope that through this meeting, the company would further strengthen exchanges and cooperation with industry peers to jointly promote the progress and innovation of engineering investigation technology.
Chaired by Chairman Wu Wei, the attending representatives conducted in-depth discussions on core topics including the Branch's recent work, dissemination of the Society's documents and directives, and preparations for the 2026 Engineering Investigation Academic Conference. The meeting had a lively atmosphere and achieved fruitful results, laying a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the Branch's annual work.
During the meeting, all participants gathered for a group photo in front of the Group Company's headquarters building, capturing a memorable moment of this industry event. Subsequently, Li Huawei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, provided a more detailed introduction to the distinguished industry experts about the Group Company's glorious history spanning over 70 years. He reviewed the company's journey since its establishment in 1953, from its initial founding to its gradual growth into a comprehensive technology group with registered capital exceeding RMB 300 million and an annual output value of over RMB 4 billion, having successfully built a "Hebei-Hainan" dual-headquarters operational framework.
Chairman Li Huawei also described the locational advantages of the new headquarters building and its role in carrying the company's future development plans, showcasing the Group Company's strategic layout of centering on the "Dual-Headquarters," radiating across the country, and expanding internationally.
Afterwards, the attending guests toured the Group Company's Honor Room with great interest. The numerous national and provincial/ministerial trophies, certificates, and technological innovation achievements displayed there systematically demonstrated the Group Company's outstanding accomplishments in fields such as engineering investigation, geotechnical engineering, surveying and mapping geographic information, and testing and monitoring, as well as the various national, industrial, and local technical standards it has led or participated in developing. Through this site visit, the experts gained a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the Group Company's deep technical expertise, complete industrial chain, and innovation-driven development path centered on "standardization, informatization, digitalization, intelligentization, and smartization".
The attending representatives unanimously agreed that the meeting was well-organized and substantial in content, not only efficiently completing all agenda items but also serving as a rare opportunity for in-depth exchange and mutual learning. By hosting this high-level industry conference, the Group Company fully demonstrated its comprehensive strength, management standards, and sense of social responsibility as a key industry enterprise, effectively enhanced its brand influence, and strengthened close ties with the Branch and peer companies.
